SINCOE – Supporting Innovation Competences in Online Education (EN)
Topic outline
-
In this first part of the training you will learn about the different facets of the concept of innovation, what is meant by "innovation" here, why it can be useful, to determine your innovation expertise, and why you should continue to develop it. Innovation is seen as a dynamic process that ranges from the initial idea to its realisation and requires different skills.
-
-
In this second part of the training programme you will become more familiar with the five dimensions of innovation competence.
-
-
In this third part of the training you can train your observation skills and familiarise yourself with the individual dimensions of innovation competence in practical situations.
Your Task: Select which dimension of innovation competence you would like to find out more about. Click on the respective video. Although the same people can always be seen in the videos, there is no connection between the content of the scenes. The actors appear in different roles in each scene.
-
Observing and evaluating the behaviour of other people is different from observing and evaluating yourself. Assessing yourself is not always as easy as it may seem at first glance. In this final part of the training, you will learn what you should pay particular attention to when using the SINCOE@ assessment tool to assess your own innovation competence.
