Examples of typical phrases:

• But isn't that a drastic price increase ...?
• ... we should be fair and not deceive our customers. ..."
• ... but we're not going along with it. ...
• ... then we will lose our customers in the long term.

The Critical Thinking dimension in this example includes items such as:

• I challenge the current state.
• I face the task from different points of view.
• I take into account multiple impacts.
• I ask Why? and Why not? and What if? in a targeted manner.
