The course will explore the fact that waste management is a global problem, which is essential for the sustainable development of human society and can be realised with different approaches in different regions. By exploring the waste management of certain countries, we will assess the reasons for introducing certain technologies, their added value as well as the legislative framework and possible risks and recommendations to consider.
