The concept of the “bioeconomy” has been very popular for several decades and is seen as a key to solving various social challenges (e.g. scarcity of resources or climate change) in order to enable a stable supply, prosperity and healthy living conditions for all. How you learn it
The individual chapters provide an overview of interesting sub-areas of the bioeconomy with a focus on processes for manufacturing products from bio-based raw materials. Each chapter is stand alone and can be worked through individually. At the end of each chapter there are references to further materials for more in-depth study of the topic. A short quiz at the end ensures that the content learned is reinforced. You must have viewed all content in order to receive confirmation of participation.
