In order to shape the diverse transformations of our time and overcome political, ecological and social challenges of all kinds, our society needs skilled professionals who possess not only subject-specific competences. They should also have the ability to develop a wider perspective and actively participate in innovation processes. So what we need is – innovation competence.
There are already promising validated methods and tools for assessing and developing innovation competences in an educational context, such as the FINCODA-Barometer and its further development, the SINCOE@ assessment tool which is presented as part of this learning programme.
Against this background we have developed a series of modules in which you can learn about innovation and innovation competences, but also learn how innovation competences can be observed and assessed in different settings.
