    The following tool “Preparation” can also assist you when you are leading groups. The purpose of this tool is to enable you to clarify in advance what you are dealing with as the leader. In a best-case scenario, this allows you to work with greater flexibility, more situation-specific and in a more process-oriented way. This is your opportunity to continually improve your leadership skills.
