6. Biological Treatment plant design (anaerobic digestion and composting)
Introduction
In this module, examples of exercises based on problem solving are presented. Students will be presented with initial data (composition and characteristics of waste, available infrastructure, etc.) and will have to design an organic waste treatment plant in groups. The exercises are presented by the Universities of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
