6. Biological Treatment plant design (anaerobic digestion and composting)

 Introduction

In this module, examples of exercises based on problem solving are presented. Students will be presented with initial data (composition and characteristics of waste, available infrastructure, etc.) and will have to design an organic waste treatment plant in groups. The exercises are presented by the Universities of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.

Lecture time: 25 hours
Type of course: Practical
